At Denim & White Boutique we would like to make your online shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
~ We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard postage for all orders within Australia
~ If you would like your order faster than standard post, we can express post your order for a flat rate of $15
~ Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement, when placed on a Weekday. Orders placed on a Weekend will be packed and sent on the following Weekday.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are wanting to exchange an item that you have purchased, or return an item for a store credit, please send an email with your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will respond to you with an email that is to be printed and placed in the parcel you are returning. A pre-paid post bag must be sent back with your return already filled out with your address so we can re-send the exchange. If a post bag is not included we will contact you prior to sending your exchange for postage payment.
Please return the unworn, unused product with the original tags still attached within 7 days of receiving our return email. A refund is only issued for faulty goods.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
We reserve the right to not accept the item back if we feel that the item has been used or if the item has been damaged eg make-up or tan stains etc. Please understand that we cannot sell the item, even if it is unworn, if it has tan, makeup, or any other staining on it. Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive an exchange or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost).
All sale items are final. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Orders placed using Afterpay can be returned for an exchange or credit note.
Denim & White Boutique will not accept liability for the loss of garments being returned by you. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and take note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.
We do not refund initial postage nor do we cover the cost of postage for products being returned for exchange or store credit.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY HEAD WEAR, HEADPIECES, JEWELLERY OR CLUTCH BAGS.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items sent out are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement for you.
Clothing Manufacturers provide tags on their clothing advising of appropriate care and use of items, or we will provide you with an information sheet from the Manufacturer at the time of purchase should an item have a specific care and use term. Please familiarise yourself with this information, as damage to goods from non adherence does not classify an item as faulty.
You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault. You will only be refunded in full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced or if the fault is major.
